1. My name does not appear on the graduation list.

If you have graduated and are not listed then check your degree progress report in the ERP before adding your name to the list.

Other reason for non-inclusion might be that your case might be in progress.

Why is my name appearing in RED on the graduation list?

• If you have not submitted your equivalency then your transcript and degree are not being processed so contact the program office immediately.
• If you added it yourself then please wait for 3 to 5 working days before contacting the exam department for a status inquiry.

2. What should I do if I am unable to attend the convocation due to an examination or a request to reschedule the event date?

The convocation date at IBA is scheduled a year in advance and is unable to be altered. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Can children under the age of 12 attend the convocation?

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted within the Convocation marquee area. IBA daycare facility is available on the premises for their convenience during the event. All children must be dropped off at the IBA daycare facility and picked up at the time of exit.

4. Is a third guest allowed beyond primary and secondary guests?

With administrative approval and subject to availability, a third guest can be accommodated, only if the third guest is an immediate family member (Spouse, Parent or Child above 12 years old).

Please note that an additional charge of 6000 Rs will be applicable for the inclusion of the third guest. Please also note that there is no difference between the 3 categories of guests. (Primary, Secondary and Third)
