Registration Guide

The IBA has its own registration portal that can be used by graduates to register for the Convocation 2021. Follow this guide to register for the event:

Step 1: To register for your convocation, please access the following link: https://webapps.iba.edu.pk/convo2021/

Step 2: You will be directed to the list of students. Navigate your respective degree and find your name and ERP in the list. A sample name and ERP can be found below.

In case, you do not find your name in the graduate list, please click on the "register" option. Submit your details here. After validating these details, the examination department will get back to you for your convocation registration.

Step 3: Click on the "Apply Now" button. In case this button is red in color (as in the picture below), please hover your cursor over the link and a small message will tell you which department to contact to complete your registration. You can contact the following to resolve your issue:

Step 4: Once the issue has been resolved, the "Apply Now" button will turn green. You may then click on it to open your login page. Login with the same credentials as your ERP/LMS portal.

Step 5: You will be directed to the registration page. Choose from the three options available to you.

Step 6: Fill in the detail in the student and the guest registration tab.

Step 7: Once you have filled the form for yourself, you can click on respective tabs to find a summary of your registration details. After Verifications of your details you will be able to download the e-invitation card once the registration process ends.
