Q. What should I do if I am unable to attend the convocation due to an examination or a request to reschedule the event date?

The convocation date at IBA is scheduled a year in advance and is unable to be altered. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Q. Can children under the age of 10 attend the convocation?

Children under 10 years of age are not permitted within the Convocation marquee area. IBA daycare facility is available on the premises for their convenience during the event. All children must be dropped off at the IBA daycare facility and picked up at the time of exit.

Q. Is a third guest allowed?

With administrative approval and subject to availability, a third guest can be accommodated, only if the third guest is an immediate family member (Spouse, Parent or Child above 10 years old).
