Message of Dean & Director
Graduation is the day when you will enter a new phase of your life by successfully completing your studies at IBA. As the Institute has entered its 62nd year, major restructuring took place, namely, the physical and technological infrastructure. We are all set to execute the strengthening of the software, entailing, our faculty and program.
I hope to see our faculty recognized everywhere for displaying Excellency in research, teaching and public engagement. Teaching is the backbone of the Institute. Knowledge is of little use if not effectively transmitted across generations of students. New knowledge, however, comes from research and so focusing on research is also critical. That is why we have a strong research support program, in place. Exchange of Knowledge calls for engaging with both, the industry and government. I believe that the mission of the Institute is best served by creating an environment where pedagogy, scholarship and public engagement are each given adequate weight.
Thank you for choosing IBA to underpin your life's journey. Thank you for respecting and embracing what IBA had in store for you. And thank you for making us so proud. Stay with us in the future. May you become all that you have dreamt of. Be assured, in return, that you will find us beside you and awaiting your return.
Sincere and hearty thanks also, as always, to every one of you for contributing to our graduating class's successes. Together we enter another notable page in the history of IBA.
