| 3:45 PM | Recitation from the Holy Quran |
| 3:50 PM | Welcome Address by Dean & Director IBA |
| 4:00 PM | - Conferment of Degrees - Award of Degrees, Medals, Shields & Certificates - Valedictorian's Speech |
| 5:45 PM | Address by the Chief Guest |
| 5:55 PM | - Convocation Closes, procession departs - Group Photographs followed by refreshments |
| 6:30 PM | Chief Guest Departs |

Instructions:
1. Invitees are requested to reach the venue by 2:45pm for security check and be seated by 3:15pm. Entry after this time will not be permitted.
2. Entry will be allowed on production of valid Invitation Card & Original CNIC.
3. Any types of Firearms / Knives, Cellphones, Laptop, Walkman/CD/MP3 players, Briefcases/Bags, Cigarette Lighters are not allowed.
4. Children under 12 years are not allowed.
5. The invitation card is non-transferable.
