My dear IBA graduates and fellow alumni,
As you celebrate this achievement, you're also stepping into a world changing faster than ever before. Technology, AI, global trade influenced by political environments are all reshaping careers and opportunities.

The degree you've earned is a foundation. But your real strength will come from staying curious, adaptable, and committed to learning throughout your life. You are joining a global community of more than 23,000 alumni, and I encourage you not only to be part of that community, but to help build it. Reach out to those who came before you and support those who will follow. Share your knowledge, open doors for others, and create connections that extend beyond your own professional success. As the IBA alumni representative on the board of governors, I remain committed to strengthening this connection between IBA and its alumni, creating opportunities for you to connect and collaborate, wherever your path takes you. But I cannot do this alone, and without your support.

Your responsibility extends beyond IBA. Pakistan itself is entering a period of profound change. The nation needs people who think differently, embrace innovation, create opportunities and lead with integrity. Whether you build a business, enter public service, or contribute in ways that may not even exist yet, you have a role in shaping the future of our society. So as you celebrate today, look beyond the degree. Think about the problems you want to solve, the people you want to help, and the kind of leader you want to become.

Wherever your journey takes you, remember that you are still part of something bigger than yourself. You are IBA. Carry that pride, carry that responsibility, and use it to make a difference.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026. Wishing you and your loved ones success, fulfilment, and happiness. Welcome to the IBA alumni family. Your journey has only just begun.
